The shipping rate is ridiculous. $7 shipping on all products in dumb. I could by O-rings for $3 and the shipping would be $7. Really?

Great products. The captive cap and titanium tip all do as you would want them to perform and consistently provide great rips. You just need a bit of practice to not combust them by using the right flame at the right distance.

Dynavap itself is great but I did not receive the wood cap that was advertised to come with the new hydrovong. I’ve seen posts of other people who purchased the same hydrovong and received their cap.

My heat inducter broke again. I could tell the staff do not want to deal with it that says I’m going back to my stores in Beco products I was really looking forward to having some thing like a vaporize ones I’m going to pass out this product altogether. Ultimately I wanted to bring business but I don’t feel your customer service is up for the task.

I don t recevez yet my order, but i think better you use ups than dhl for my country...

Weak finish on production. Sharp burs on cap. Dirty. Dark burt edges from cutting cap. Not sanded. Needed cleaned before use. I hope no-one inhales a new dyna without a proper clean. 2020m was perfect. This not so much.

Love the product never knew my herb could taste so good! would love to see a "Fat daddy" with a larger convection chamber and an 18mm bong adapter but aside from that the shipping time waa good everything came packed and protected, and the youtube videos were a huge help so even as a first time user i was able to use and even get good clouds! Cant wait to buy the XL
